ICAST––fishing’s annual industry show––is all about the latest and greatest innovations. If you want to win best of show at this show, you’ve got to knock the socks off a group of people who see cool new products all the time: editors and writers.

This year, ICASTs New Product Showcase had a new twist; all the products were enclosed in a huge room by category, but no manufacturers or companies involved with the product were allowed in the room to campaign or influence the vote. The result? See for yourself; here are the winners:

Space-Saving Rod and Reel Storage

If your garage is cluttered or perhaps houses a workshop where sawdust flies, you’ll need to find another spot to store your rods and reels. I found it convenient to utilize the wall of stairwells for hanging rods and reels. You get easy access from any level or height. Also, the tackle stays warm and clean year-round.
