The lotion is splash- and sweat-resistant and contains 34 percent DEET. It really works great. This product is very high in deet content and deet can poision infints if prolonged application is applied (seizures). The product has a greese film when applied and makes it hard to firmly grip the rod or any thing else firmly. Outside of that the product does a very good job and is a price worthy product to use and i am pleased to find out that it was formulated for the service people to use in service enviorment . For the film thing just massage it good and wipe the extra off with a clean cloth . Thankyou North American Fisherman Club for allowing me to feild test products, i get out alot and am very involved in boyscouts and fishing / out door events , i also have 3 children.
